With every passing year, i’m a step closer to hitting 30. As the numerals escalate over the years, the worth of a woman depreciates. It’s a saddening fact women must live with. Haha! In any case, i’m not quite there yet. Thankfully. For now, i shall bask in the youthfulness my age brings.
Numerous birthday celebrations were held over the week. I’m truly grateful to all friends who took the effort of celebrating my birthday with me. Not forgetting those who bought me presents, designed cards, and sent me birthday wishes through messages, emails and Facebook. Thank you so much!
My first celebration was with Pammie and Dezhi at Ding Tai Fung. Two awesome primary school friends who never fail to celebrate my birthday. A million thank you to both of you! And an additional smooch for Pammie :D Thanks for the perfume! Totally loving it.
Next was with WestEnders and several other RSPIDians at Three Monkeys Cafe. Thank you for taking the time off your precious Saturday night to celebrate for Agnes and me. Really honored. The monkey mascot definitely left a huge impression in me. His gift to me – a banana.
The third was a surprise birthday celebration from my colleagues. Thanks to the three musketeers who remembered and gathered the whole team to celebrate for me. It surely was a pleasant surprise. Thanks dudes!
Another surprise came on the same day when FFL celebrated for me at Xin Wang Cafe. Thank you so much! All the effort from your home to Northpoint just to celebrate my birthday. Truly appreciate it. Thanks to you, my birthday wasn’t celebrated solely with work in the night. Haha..
Following that was a birthday celebration with Ah mun, CB, Kok kok, Purple and Qi-er. Thank you for spending your precious Friday night with me. It was great fun playing L4D. Ah mun must have been exasperated by Qi-er and my unskillful manoeuver throughout the game. Haha.. oops sorry! In any case, thank you CS and Qi-er for the chic handbag! Thank you Purple for the Famous Amos cookies. Butterscotch tasted good!
